Welcome to the heart of our operation – where passion meets expertise, and diversity thrives. Get to know the extraordinary individuals who comprise our team, each bringing a distinct set of talents, perspectives, and experiences to the table. 

Hailing from the beautiful shores of Guam, “Where America’s Day Begins”, our Pacific Islander heritage serves as the cornerstone of our identity. As a service-disabled veteran-owned and minority-owned business, we are deeply rooted in the principles of diversity, service, resilience, and integrity. 


Nathan Ooka

Nate is a U.S. Air Force service-disabled veteran bringing over three decades of experience in aircraft maintenance and management to the team. With a strong background in aviation and a proven track record of leadership in various roles within top commercial airline companies, Nate has consistently optimized team performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety compliance in alignment with both company and federal regulations.

Nate’s career began in 1990 serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he gained hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and repair. He further expanded his expertise at Hamilton Aviation and Evergreen Air Center before joining Cape Air and United Airlines where he honed his skills in management and operations working closely with the FAA.

In addition to his rich professional experience, he has pursued various educational opportunities. He holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certification from Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, demonstrating his competency in aircraft maintenance procedures. Nathan has also completed specialized training programs such as ATR Avionics Maintenance, PW 100 Series Engine Line Maintenance, CD-9 Flight Control Rigging, and Advanced CRJ Modules 2 and 3, and heavy 727 C-check cargo, further solidifying his expertise.

Nate’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his military training. He completed the Apprentice Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist Course and the F-15 Crew Chief Course during his service in the U.S. Air Force, where he gained valuable insights into aircraft maintenance practices and leadership skills.


Jenevieve Ooka

Jen brings over 25 years of business and operations management to the Great Hill Enterprises LLC team. As co-founder and former managing director of a woman-owned Guam-based full service advertising agency, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management, business development, operations management, and strategic planning to the team.

With a proven track record in government contracting across various sectors from airport operations to public utilities, Jen possesses extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, having successfully navigated complex contracting procedures.

Jen holds a BA in Commercial Art from the University of St. Francis, Indiana and has pursued additional training and certifications in project management, leadership and management operations, and digital marketing.

Though our skills are wide reaching, we understand we can’t do everything on our own. Our dedicated team at Great Hill Enterprises is bolstered by a wide and diverse network of subject matter experts who provide invaluable support throughout each project. With their expertise and collaborative approach, we seamlessly integrate additional talent when needed, ensuring that every aspect of your project is handled with precision and efficiency.
